This is dedicated to my girlfriends who asked me WHY I ALWAYS LOOK WORRY-FREE. Well, what more could there be than having self-love? We did experience that life and love isn't always pleasant and we all have a piece of mind to share. At the end of the day, it still ends up with you--it's either you end up battling with yourself or still holding on to that joy within yourself no matter what. In other way, I would say, set your own MOOD--set your own MIND--save your own LIFE. If you have great control over your mind, you can ROCK your own world.
At times, we take time to sit and chat like... "He hardly spends time with me, Ann." "It's me who always calls him, Ann." "He's always partying, Ann." Sounds familiar? Yeah. And boring. Fuck love if you're tired trying. Love burns bright then die. Wake up, girls. Life isn't just about boys. We are born to be social butterflies and party animals. I'm not quoting the idea to be rude about boys. But if you keep that joy blazing within you with or without him, you'll never wither. If he's out having fun, celebrate! Treat yourself. Hung out with your girlfriends. Visit the salon. Do your nails. Jog. Go swimming. Dance your heart out. We all need special time for ourselves.
It's good to have him hung out once in a while and let him enjoy with his guy friends. UNLESS HE'S SICK TO BE WITH HIS FRIENDS WITH PERKS who turns out their hung-outs to be honey talks, flirty gazes, and nasty business. Then you probably know what to do. He can't make you feel dumb. With your emotional intelligence, you'll still see without your eyes.
If you feel you're not treated the way you should be treated, I feel you, friends. At least you still have that self-love left to realize you're much worthy above all else. Don't expect him to love you the way you love him. Just let him love you his own way. We speak different language in love. But above all things, always love yourself. Please yourself as much as you can.
Take great care of yourself, girlfriends. Be proud of yourself. Look at the mirror and tell yourself that you're such a darling. Go out and meet wonderful people. Remember, we can always learn from each other.
To my girlfriends in a relationship, be happy with your man while not forgetting yourself. To my girlfriends out for a hunt, bet you need to hunt for more.
Cheers to you, girlfriends. I love being around you and I love listening to your stories. Yeah, we do fall like crazy at times. Just the way I fall in love with myself, my man, and other guysssssssssssssssss.... Uh-uh. Don't think bad. They are wonderful wizards in my life. WINK
