ACTIVITY 11. Which area of development communication practice would you like to specialize in? Why?
I value education more than any other so I would probably specialize “EDUCATION COMMUNICATION”. Horrace Mann stated that “a human being is not attaining his full heights until he is educated.” And I perfectly consider that education has indeed made a huge difference to the developed and developing countries. And it is an honor to the educators who have trained these breed of fine minds to reinforce country’s well-being.
With the length of my experience in the field of education in Thailand, I have seen the need, the hopeless situations, and recurring problems pertaining Thai education. As part of EFL (English Foreign Language) Teachers trying to make improvement for the Thai’s English language difficulty, I would say. I can just barely look at the struggling educational system catching up with the international standards. Knowing enough of their needs get me to think…Certainly, this is what I’m here for.
